Your satisfaction is important to us, we welcome your feedback especially if we can improve our service to you. Here are some FAQs to help you.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland and most other European countries.

Q: How do I know my order has been received?
A: Once your order is placed you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. This email will contain your unique order number. The email is automatically generated and sent at time of order so you should receive it very quickly. If you do not receive it check your spam folder. If not there wait one hour (some email providers can be slow at times). Still no joy? please contact us from the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will be happy to investigate.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: All framed artwork carefully packaged and shipped via An Post – main Irish postal service.
All orders dispatched within 1-2 business days.
A tracking number will be e-mailed when product has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:
Standard to the EU: 5 business days.
Standard to USA & CANADA: 7-10 business days.
Standard to other countries: 10-27 business days.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A:  We will be happy to cancel your order before it has shipped, once shipped we cannot cancel the order. Please note our dispatch and shipping times on both this page and each product page. 

To cancel an order please contact us from the ‘Contact Us’ page with your request including order number.

Q: I want to return my purchase what do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a full refund within 60 days from date of order.  Returns must be in the condition you received them. Please contact us from the ‘Contact Us’ page with your request including order number.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards. PayPal will be coming soon.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Yes, every page on our website uses encryption and all customer payments are made via our merchant partner Stripe. This is a reputable company who handle billions of dollars of transactions per year across 100 countries. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Q:  Why is pricing in U.S. dollars?
A: Although we are an Irish based company the majority of our customers are U.S. based, so we make it convenient for them by displaying prices in US dollars.  However, all currencies are accepted at payment.

Q:  Are there CustomIrish gift cards and how do I purchase them?
A:  We will be introducing gift cards at a later date.

Q: How can I write a review of a product?
A: There is a review link on each of the product pages.

Q: Is CustomIrish art sold in any stores?
A: At this moment in time we are exclusively an on-line company.
